Why should we consider you as an applicant? I have been playing this server for a few months. I experienced lead a unit in real life and, but i never lead through internet. Helping the server is fun. creating friends, moderate the server and educate the people on the server and other stuffs. i will do my best for our community
What do you believe are your weaknesses and why? I considered my self as a newbie. I played minecraft multiplayer server and i joined is blockstackers for the first time. i think i played minecraft multiplayer server are a few months only. so i didn't know something about in classic, towny or sky block. Sometimes my grammar are bad, sometimes are good. that's all i can say.
Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience? I never experienced moderating a server. but i experienced leading a unit or group IRL, leaders jobs is to teach what is right, shows the right path, leaders are making his members to become futures leaders. Leader must be a disciplined and to discipline his members. leaders jobs is to educate his member, not become a bad people, being a leader is hard, yeah i confess that being leader is gives you headache, even in real life. but your role is to educate your members, make them strong ,make them disciplined, make them become a great leader. When you're done to lead the unit, some of your member will be a great leader on that unit. important is you make your members to become a great leader, they learn how to stand in their own. become Disciplined, become strong.
Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? I think trolling people is my mistake, trolling people is fun in first time, then i realized that trolling has a limitations. that time i am trolling people by using invisibility potion and wearing a wither skull and scare the newbies. I want to be better person.

What does a leader mean to you in relation to maturity? maturity is more important to all. Without maturity, it is impossible make a right decisions. solving a problem and think what's the best for the community, people and yourself. Doesn't matter if you are old or young. if you have maturity, you'll be a great person, you'll be a great member, you'll be a great leader for your team/unit. Your members will trust.
What or who motivates you to do what you do as a staff member? Who motivates me to do what i do as a staff. I think it's Tadsat21, because tad is a great person. he is younger than me and he is veteran on the server. He spend a time to to serve and assist the server, even he taking a class. I want to be like him. i want to be better for my friends and the community
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft? I take jogging and exercise everyday. i watch funny video slike minecraft trolling, vines, memes compilation and etc. i watch a video about science. sometimes i'm going to play with my dogs.
SCENARIO: If you see a higher staff abusing what would you do? First of all, i will take a screenshot/video as a evidence that he is abusing his powers. Then we will discuss to my co-staff about that issue. if everything is clear, we will tell the owner/management that he is abusing his powers
SCENARIO: If your friend was hacking on the server what type of action would you take? First of all i am going to tell him/her that hacking is not allowed on the server. I am going to explain to him/her why will temp banned for a few days. That is our rules, we must follow it. then i will punish him/her for hacking the server by temp ban.
SCENARIO: If the server crashed and no other mods are online what will you do ? I have no knowledge about coding or being a developer. so all i have to do is stay calm and i will create a ticket and tell the higher staffs
How do you think can we further improve Blockstackers? I think we need to be a better person and staff, we need to patrol on bedwars it's because that gamemode are lots of hackers playing.
