In-Game & Discord Suggestions

These suggestion are about new additions to our Community, not suggesting to edit on something.
You can say it for fun, and also for improving our community.

All GameModes:

• Add a daily reward, it is just a simple plugin or a mod, as i know from my experience in other Minecraft server, I got an idea which is adding a daily reward, Just by one command that have Cool-Down time for a day (daily) which gives you $100 or $200 or some items that my help, like Saddles or some Ores (Random).
  The point of it is just for Fun, totally no problem in added or not, just to improve the server and to have more fun.

• Anti-Cheat Plugin, Firstly i may give an example on this from [Link].
  Mostly in the server, staff catch Mods/Hacks users, but can't afford that much to catch all Hackers (literally every single Hacker), So let's make it too easier on Staff Members.
  Simply, that plugin have some Mods and techniques that Triggers Hacks, Auto-click, unfair gain Mods, etc.
  Sounds easier right?

• I think Staff members need to get /fly without a rank or purchasing :/

Discord:

• Remove Bots from some channels, Many players ignore #spam and go to other channels to use commands like !classicvp or !vp or -p [song], whatever.
  But as we know that's an acceptable thing, then why we have #spam? So my idea is to remove the permission on Bots from all channels except #spam.
  Once you remove the perm from Bots, they can't send messages or info about vp in that channel, So that will not allow players to use the commands in the wrong channel. they still can send !classicvp or !vp but they are useless if sent in the wrong channel.

Thanks for your suggestions!
However, I do need to note some issues here:
1. Daily rewards are good things that may be considered to be adding, however, we must check the situations whereas is this even possible to apply, May it be exploited or abused and how will the community respond toward it.
2. Staff are on duty on every timezone and 24/7, where our duty is to make the playing enjoy-able for everyone. so that if someone hacks or anything, I'm sure we are aware and will take action upon it.
3. Staff team are players helping the server to make it better, They got no advantage over other players by any chance as where our only duty is to help the community, we are "players" at the first step so we shall not have any differences with other players.
4. Some discord bots do need full administration permissions on the discord server in order to work, so if you actually disable a channel for them, it may make up problems and issues in their function and working, so this may not be good to limit their accesses.

Ok, not that important to be added, but just a question:
Is it possible for Higher Staff to program the current Bots on that feature?

I mean these Bots.

These bots are created by our developers, surely can be worked on to be edited but yet It got lower priority than fixing some bugs that may affect the gameplay.
but surely will be checked up if we can do something to fix those.

they do have /fly but they only use it for moderation occasions
