What is your in-game name? CrimsonCRISIS

What is your real name? Joshua Sagadraca Arciga

What is your age? 16

Where are you from? Province of Isabela, Philippines.

Which server are you applying for? Classic

Why should we consider you as an applicant? One thing to consider: My good judgement and decision skills honed by real-life experiences has aided me on both reality and in the virtual world. I believe this skill, along with some other things that I have would be worth having to the team. I am also open to learning new things, and cooperating with other players as well as long as they're reasonable enough to talk to (at the very least).

What do you believe are your weaknesses and why? Though, I've never dedicated myself on being a staff member on any of the Minecraft servers I've been, so that might be a really huge disadvantage on my part when it comes to being a Helper, since I had little-to-no idea on how things work in the first place.

And since we got potato laptops at our place, the PC's Fps is always at a constant tug-of-war between 20 to 1, I might not be able to perform efficiently at some point of time.

(Edit: ) I also lack engagement on most players in the server, since I prefer to only interact with them whenever I feel the necessity to. So most people might not see me as a rather sociable person

Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience? I did became a leader in group activities back in our school at some time, but back then I was anxious and overthinking about stuff, my performance was barely even acceptable. This led me to know the points of where I should grow even further, and since then I've consciously and unconsciously tried to figure out things on my own, and with friends.

Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? Back at 2020, when my laptop was still working at the time, I was hoping to do a reset in order to speed up my gameplay experience ( since good FPS is key to efficient fishing and farming ), and as I was doing that, I choosed the option to just delete everything else that wasn't my personal files ( ie: Files in Pictures, Documents, Videos, etc. ). Well, that did turned out well, and my PC was back to being as fast as it can ever be ( 30 FPS peak ), but then later on, as I turned to check on my Minecraft Screenshots to submit one of my memories at the Blockstackers Discord, I wasn't able to find the folder that was keeping it.

Turns out, it wasn't in any of the personal folders in my PC. Yep. Deleted, permanently.

It taught me on how to be more careful on executing actions and always recheck on things before doing it, and if possible, analyze the possible consequences that it might cause from that specific action.

Of course, I did shed some tears since those were the memories on my gameplay, back from when I was a newbie who's slowly turning to a "Fishing" fanatic. But if Fate-Sama knocks you down thrice, then stand up a thousand times more!

What position are you applying for: Helper

What does a leader mean to you in relation to maturity? A Leader is someone who leads their members together in their goals. A Leader thinks and acts as the role model of the group, someone who is willing to step into their member's level in order to make their work way more efficient. A member might complain, but a Leader encourages them. When others are feeling down, a Leader empathizes with them. When their members are lost, a Leader guides them.

A Leader doesn't just act to show up a face in the public. A Leader acts, even if nobody's watching.

A Leader wouldn't act out of pure emotions itself, but also with logical thinking. Everyone can be a Leader, given enough time, as long as they're matured enough to handle and deal with the responsibility, while at the same time, giving at least a moment of time to bond with their members and fellow workers.

What or who motivates you to do what you do as a staff member? Despite the stability of the server as a whole in both the economy and the community aspects, I just feel the urge to try out helping others in a slightly bigger scale. Not gonna lie, I'm a bit greedy at some things.

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft? I really like doing digital arts of random people(fictional/real), especially my OCs! (Original Characters), well, that's when I feel like drawing though. I also play the piano sometimes despite being a total newbie, and I also love text-roleplaying online with my friend Mathias online! I'm also into daydreaming, like, a lot.

SCENARIO: If you see a higher staff abusing what would you do? For starters, gathering evidence is important. So perhaps I may take a screenshot of his actions. Perhaps maybe even gather some of the items they obtained specifically from their power abuse(in case they did obtained some) if possible, and keep them safe somewhere in the meantime. Though we should avoid confrontation on the suspects, since it's going to make them even more wary of their surroundings, causing them to be even more sneaky, and way more careful than before (which we also need to keep from happening, since, common sense, it would be a lil harder for higher-ups to catch them.).

SCENARIO: If your friend was hacking on the server what type of action would you take? Regardless of whether they're a friend, an aquaintance, an enemy, or a random stranger, we should always follow the same protocols for everyone regarding to violations against the rules. It should be plain and simple. But if possible, we should try to minimalize the chances of it from happening, and keep them from happening. Getting our friends banned by us ourselves, especially ones that are really close to us, would deal quite the headache and heartache.

SCENARIO: If the server crashed and no other mods are online what will you do ? Purely saying and pointing out at people, telling them to "stay calm" wouldn't bring much of an impact. Giving them some sort of distraction, whether planned or on-the-spot should definitely do the trick for most of the players.

For example, we can host a lil hide-and-seek game in the meantime. The prize can be something as simple as a slap(if it would work at hub) or maybe a private message. Anything would do, as long as it's well thought of, and is indeed a sincere prize ^^

How do you think can we further improve Blockstackers? So far, based on my experiences playing in the server for over 700 hours, I can say that...pretty much, everything in my perspective is just either "MEEP MEEP GREAT SERVER GAMEPLAY MEEEEP" or is just good enough. There might be a few bugs here and there, but I've never seen any of the staffs doing inappropriate business, and reports get responded almost immediately. I also like how staff handles the reports I give em, they're so chill and calm. And reasonable.

Do you have any questions for me? None meep!

Are you able to speak in Discord Voice Channels? Of course! Though my voice is a bit incomprehensible at some point since I don't have a microphone. But I can talk, at the very least!
